The session opens with three blends on smelling strips; the one you keep reaching for is the one we use. From there it's slow, rhythmic bodywork — more about the nervous system than the muscles. People book this before big weeks, after hard news, and on the anniversary of things.
Good to know
All blends are diluted for direct skin contact and free of the common irritants. Tell us about fragrance sensitivities when you book and we'll set aside unscented carrier oil as a fallback.
